It allows them to understand their legal situation and their options to regularize it, mainly regarding the tickets that were issued against them in Montreal.<\/p>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Settlement of the legal situation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The judicialized person have different options concerning tickets or\/and criminal accusations in Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the\nClinique Droits Devant, every option will be explained including the\npossibility of not doing anything. The community workers will explain the\noptions, offer social accompaniment and moral support in the process. Among the\nseveral options offered to the judicialized person, you can find the\npossibility of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&#8211; Doing nothing.<\/li><li>&#8211; Contest one or many tickets.<\/li><li>&#8211; Have a payment agreement or an\nagreement for compensatory work.<\/li><li>&#8211; Participate in a social program at Court, such as the PAJIC.<\/li><li>&#8211; To lift an arrest warrant in criminal\nmatters.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Employees of\nthe Clinique Droits Devant also offer social accompaniment and moral support regarding\nthe <strong>judicial situation in other cities<\/strong> (for example, assistance can be\nheld in calling and taking compensatory work agreement or payment adapted to\nindividual financial situation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Clinique\nDroits Devant also works in partnership with community organisations, public\nservices and judicial actors to assist judicialized persons. Our community\nworkers often refer to organisations in housing, addiction support, legal\nrepresentation, physical and mental health, etc.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-subtle-light-gray-background-color has-background\"><tbody><tr><td>\n\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>Warning!
