What is the Clinic?
The Clinique Droits Devant offers information and social support to people who have lived, are currently living or are at risk of homelessness in order for them to take control over their legal situation, mainly over tickets linked to the occupation of public space in Montreal.
People living homeless in Montreal receive many tickets for trivial reasons (loitering, sleeping on a bench, urinating in a public space, crossing a street diagonally, etc.).
